 Job Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any other Social Science field.

Key Roles and Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years experience in the Telecoms industry
• Exposure in Marketing Operations or Product Management or Customer Lifecycle Management
• Highly analytical in problem-solving with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.
• Ability to identify the root cause of a problem and come up with a best possible solution after evaluating possible options
• Improvising processes related to end users in term of product and payment
• Explore and analyze the competitors, market position, industry and market developments to propose new innovations.
• Excellent Communication and written skill
• Ability to work in cross cross-functional team environment
• Carry out extensive product tests to make customer experience flawless
• Excellent in Excel & MS Access (SQL will be added advantage).
