Job Requirements
- Liaise with clients and insurance companies.
- Assessment of risk presented by clients and finding the best deal for their insurance cover.
- Negotiating policy terms and costs with insurance companies.
- Helping clients articulate their current and future insurance needs.
- Arranging insurance cover for clients.
- Reviewing policies/endorsements to ensure they meet the insured’s expectations.
- Client’s claim processing.
- Communicating with insurers and the insured.
- Provide general insurance advise and customer service.
- Researching insurance policies and products.
- Renewing or amending existing policies for clients.
- Preparation of monthly business reports using MS Office applications.
- Explaining policy terms to clients.
