Job Title: SAP Consultant

Description

We are seeking experienced SAP Consultants to join our dynamic team within the SAP Center of Excellence.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative SAP solutions across various business processes, supporting our mission in transforming and optimizing business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, converting them into effective SAP solutions.
Design, configure, and implement SAP functionalities tailored to meet business needs.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring all milestones are achieved and stay on track to meet project deadlines.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing SAP systems, addressing any issues that arise.
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies and industry best practices, recommending improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SAP consulting with a proven track record in successful implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules relevant to business functions (HCM, SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EC Intergration, PMGM/CDSP, SF-LMS).
Experience in full project lifecycle implementations from requirements gathering through go-live.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate complex business needs into SAP solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with S/4HANA is required.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
