Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor
Activities
- Ensure the Hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) is followed across all sections
- Manage quality and HSE activities within the company
- Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems
- Evaluate and analyse quality issues in the production and introduce corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards
- Review the Quality SOPs from time to time
Candidate Profile
- HND in Food Technology, IRCA Certified FSSC 22000 VERSION 5.1 and HSE certified
- 5-7 years experience in food manufacturing.
- Quality assurance & control experience.
- Laboratory management experience.
- Risk management.
- Documentation of records ability.
- Leadership quality.
- Candidate must reside within Mowe, Ibafo, and its environs.
