Job Title: Factory Human Resource Manager
Activities
- Performance Management: Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
- Engagement: Support management in identifying, analyzing, and resolving human resources trends or problems to maintain high levels on involvement and accountability from employees
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labour and employment laws. Assist in the creation and implementation of general personnel policies and procedures
- Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning
- Implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
- Promote a positive workplace culture
- Support health and safety initiatives
- Provide HR support during organizational changes
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-12 years of HR management experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
