Job Title: Business Development Manager
Activities
- Identify emerging market trends and potential clients. Analyze competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients in the business consulting and training sectors. Conduct outreach, attend industry events, and build relationships to generate leads.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their evolving needs and position our services accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our services and enhance our brand presence.
- Work closely with the consulting and training teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, preferably within the consulting or training sectors.
- Strong understanding of business structuring and organizational development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
