Activities

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Create engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Curate and share relevant industry news, articles, and case studies.
• Actively engage with our audience through comments, messages, and discussions.
• Foster a positive and supportive online community.
• Track and analyze social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports on social media activities and results.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to target specific demographics and achieve marketing goals.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address negative online sentiment.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in social media management, preferably in the construction or related industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
• Experience with paid social media advertising platforms.
