Job Title: Food and Beverages Manager
Activities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across the resort, including restaurants, bars, and event catering.
- Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and presentation.
- Manage and train food and beverage staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgets.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to create innovative menus and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
