Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Activities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all information is up to date and accessible.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, working towards quick resolutions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance guests’ experiences.
Candidate Profile
- A level, Higher diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- 5 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
