Job Title: Social Media Manager

Activities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and engagement metrics to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, emerging platforms, and industry trends.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) for scheduling and analytics.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
• Knowledge of social media advertising, including paid campaigns and targeted promotions.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Passionate about social media and its impact on brand engagement.
