Job Title: Maintenance Civil Supervisor
Activities
- Handover the documentation prepared relevant to all the HVAC technical disciplines, in accordance to the Project contractual requirements, the budget assigned and the schedule.
- Prepare and discuss with the Project Team the execution strategy of the project (including the project schedule) and assure its application throughout the entire project life.
- Guarantee the coordination with the other Project Leaders on the projects.
- Interact with Client representatives and Vendors for all the technical topics impacting on the project both in time and costs.
- Plan, execute and monitor the Maintenance activities pertaining to HVAC, managing any subcontractor involved.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should possess a University Degree
- Experiences in Refinery operation
- Plant for the gas treatment
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, management skills
- Team-oriented skills, self-motivation and direction, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution
- Attention to detail, management skills.
