Job Title: Project Operation Manager

Activities

• Set strategic goals for project operational efficiency
• Analyze processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary
• Provide a high level of leadership and management sufficient to motivate, develop, and guide the organization to achieving operational goals and objectives
• Direct operations to ensure compliance with prescribed quality, cost, delivery, and other performance standards
• Foster an operations environment that provides a safe and environmentally responsible facility
• Continually seek methods to improve quality and productivity. Look for ways to streamline and complete tasks at a more efficient level
• Review performance data to measure productivity against goals and to determine areas that need improvement
• Improve processes and the implementation of methodologies to ensure operation is in compliance with project policies

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or MBA preferred
• Experience Design, Fabrication and Installation of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Pipelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and project management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion
• High sense of urgency and commitment to execution
• Proven track record of problem solving and continuous improvement
• Driven, energetic, self-assured professional with high personal integrity
• Ability to develop effective, positive interpersonal relationships
• Experience with safety compliance and safety management system
