Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Activities
- Attend to Customers enquiries online,instore and convert it to sale
- Create and post engaging content on the social media pages
- Cross selling and upwelling skills
- Follow up on enquiries, get feedbacks.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates should posses an OND in any relevant field.
- Female between 23-35 years
- Candidate leaving around Gbagada,Palmgrove,ketu, Anthony, Bariga, Oshodi,Maryland, Ojota and Environs.
- Must have at least one year working experience in a retail store or supermarket
- Good use and command of English
- Warm,jovial,innovative,team worker,good communication skills and great self confidence
- Smart, focused and fast learner with intergrity
- Must be able to multitask, social media savvy,computer literate and can work with Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to work on Saturday and some public holidays.
