Job Title: Retail Business Manager
Activities
- Oversee daily office management and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage staff performance by setting and overseeing deliverables/targets.
- Drive day-to-day sales in-store and online.
- Report directly to the CEO on business growth, milestones, and achievements.
- Lead and inspire the team to align with the brand’s vision and goals.
Candidate Profile
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc qualification.
- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff.
