Job Title: Site Supervisor
Activities
- Supervise site operations, ensuring proper delivery of services to beneficiaries.
- Oversee the work of site staff, including maintenance teams and support personnel.
- Liaise with camp committees and other partners to address site challenges.
- Monitor site infrastructure and report issues for repair.
- Implement site management plans, including emergency responses.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in management, engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in camp/site management or humanitarian settings.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
