- 3 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and diagramming tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
