Job Title: Director General, Human Resources
Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Member and Fellow of recognized professional Institutions
- Professional certifications like CIPM; SHRM-SCP, GPHR and extensive years of experience is required.
- Minimum of 25 years of experience and above
- Experience in leading organizational change and transformation In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners
- Familiarity with HR systems and technology
- Understanding of global HR trends and best practices.
