Job Title: Senior Reservoir

Activities

• Estimating the potential of a reservoir in order to determine its value and likely investment required. 
• Manage asset through efficient production monitoring, interpretation of well transient pressure test, well logs and Wire-line formation data
• Liaising with other engineers in interpreting well logging results and predicting production potential. 
• Analyzing the properties of fluid to predict fluid behavior and various physical effects. 
• Use simulation to history match reservoir performance while optimizing future production performance through prediction.
• Compiling detailed development plans of reservoir performance using mathematical models to ensure maximum economic recovery. 
• Follow up optimal tubing size and the variety of suitable equipment within the well for different functions. 
• Follow up problems of fluid behavior and production chemistry. 
• Evaluating and recommending flow rate enhancement by using, for example, hydraulic fracturing, EXP, ESS and acid treatment. 
• Understanding and managing how a set of wells interact.
• Regularly join Bimonthly and TCM and other topic meetings.
• Advice Company on acquisition of new assets.
• Transfer technical data between operator and company International.
• Study and recommend production and injection rate in order to obtain a better sweep efficiency and ultimate recovery by reducing early WBT.
• Follow up the drilling and completion of both injectors and producers, taking specific note of completion type: ESS, OHGP and FP. 
• Supervise Geoscience Engineer.
• Supervises records maintenance, reports preparation and correspondence related to the work.
• Ensures prompt approval for data request.
• Monitors the S-curve of Egina Field development: FPSO, SPS, OLT, UFR, D&C, etc.
• Ensures papers and abstracts for presentation(s) (by operator or partners) at workshops and conferences are reviewed for the purpose of giving approval.
• Link between research center, HQ and Operator on technical issues.
• Attend meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years working experience
• Computer literacy and use of applications.
• Ability to analyze numerical and graphical data.
