Job Title: HMO Officer (Partner Success Associate)
Activities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with HMOs.
- Ensure seamless processing of claims filed by HMOs on behalf of the company.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HMOs, addressing queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary documentation for claim processing.
- Assist customers in navigating the claim filing process and understanding HMO platforms.
- Resolve issues related to claim filings and ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
- Work closely with customer support teams to handle inquiries related to HMO claims.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or health-tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HMO platforms and claim filing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with HMO representatives and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple HMO relationships and claims simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in claim processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
