Job Title: Office Assistant
Activities
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Support the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office events.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
- Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
