Job Title: Site Quality Engineer

Activities

• Lead project execution and ensure delivery that meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and alignment of deliverables with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with standards through thorough quality assurance testing.
• Assist with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Read, interpret, and translate shop drawings for vendors.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and make quality recommendations to maintain project progress.
• Follow through on potential problems and quality issues until resolved without compromising design intent.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a site supervisor or project associate, managing interior fit-out projects worth at least NGN100 million in a reputable interior design or real estate firm.
• Ability to read architectural and technical drawings and translate them into construction activities.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with risk management, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices, and quality assurance/control.
• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Project.
• Previous experience in the interior design industry is preferred.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects worth NGN100 million and above.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Registration with a professional body is required.
• Experience in managing and delivering projects for multinational companies.
