Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Activities
- Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Develop and deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and industry trends.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to help sales representatives improve their performance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and track team progress against established goals.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members based on their performance.
- Ensure that the sales team provides exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure adequate stock levels to meet sales demand.
- Handle stock requests from sales representatives and resolve any stock-related issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
