Job Title: Business Analyst

Activities

Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
Generate reports on key sales metrics, including revenue, profitability, and market share.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and emerging market opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to forecast future sales performance and market demand.
Assist in developing data-driven strategies to maximize sales efficiency and growth.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to help identify potential threats and opportunities.
Support the sales team with analysis to refine sales targets and align efforts with business goals.
Support the sales team in achieving their targets through data-backed strategies and recommendations.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Sales Analyst (CSA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Data Analyst (CDA), would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years in sales analysis, business intelligence and data analysis, preferably within the automotive industry.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting techniques.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Knowledge of the Nigerian market and automotive industry is an advantage.
