Job Title: General Manager
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- At least 6 years of management experience, with a minimum of 4 years in the solar/renewable energy industry.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Understanding of solar-energy best practices.
- Proficient in office software and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills with great interpersonal skills.
- Openness to learn about new products as market conditions and technologies change.
- Must have the ability to travel as the company business model expands.
- Self-disciplined and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and ability to lead by example.
