Job Title: Finance Manager
Activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets.
- Analyze financial data to forecast future trends and make recommendations.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members.
- Develop and implement training programs.
- Communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Build relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance.
- ICAN
- Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and laws.
- Certification in risk management or auditing.
