Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Activities
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct measurements and prepare documentation for interim payment certificates.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design documents.
- Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Must have experience in at least two (2) road construction or rehabilitation projects.
- Proficiency in interpreting design drawings, taking off/measurement of quantities, and preparing Interim Payment Certificates.
