Job Title: Construction
Activities
- Follow up with the sellers on a daily basis to prepare their orders and drop them in EZEE WH.
- Follow up with the warehouse to make sure that the dropped items correspond to the ordered items.
- Update order status on marketplace spreadsheets on a daily basis, either delivered or returned.
- Follow up with the seller to collect the returned items, and update the marketplace spreadsheets accordingly.
- Confirm the payment collection per order and update the data accordingly.
- Send to finance the daily report of the delivered orders.
- Send to finance the weekly payment request per seller.
- Confirm with the sellers their received payments and account balances.
- Make the training to the sellers when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
