Job Title: Audit & Compliance Manager

Job Summary

• Ensure institution operates in conformity with relevant national laws and policies, industry standards
• Ensure that programme activities comply with institutional policies and donor requirements.
• Develop Audit & Compliance workplans, conduct reviews and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular review of project disbursements to ensure compliance with policies and donor requirements
• Review and recommend updates to organizational policies as required
• Produce regular monthly reports on compliance exceptions and risk areas.
• Prepare Periodic Audit Report and implement approved recommendations

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or Social Science
• Professional certification (Compliance Institute Nigeria)
• 3 years of experience in a similar role will be an advantage
• Versatile in Microsoft Office Suite

Candidate Qualities:

• Age Range 28 – 35 years
• Reliable, committed and passionate
• Attention to detail with ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
