Job Title: Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their fashion needs.
- Showcase the latest collections, highlighting style advice and trend insights.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activity, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for in-store events, promotions, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience in fashion or retail.
- Passion for fashion and lifestyle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of fashion trends and industry insights.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays.
- Social media savvy, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
