Job Title: Telesales Officer
Job Description
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce loan products and services.
- Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan options.
- Generate leads, follow up on referrals, and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years experience in telesales or customer service within the financial services industry, preferably in loan sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle objections and work effectively under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
- N50,000 monthly base salary.
- 2% commission on each loan booked.
