Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Duties / Description

• Drive app sign-ups by helping merchants download the app to enhance their business transactions.
• Meet targets by completing three app downloads daily and 72 downloads monthly.
• Open accounts for merchants in assigned locations and facilitate smooth onboarding.
• Boost merchant transactions by encouraging active app usage and educating them on its benefits.
• Engage with merchants to address inquiries and support their experience with the app.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in assigned areas.
• Foster strong relationships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; OND, HND, or BSc is also accepted.
• Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in assigned locations.
• Familiarity with the assigned areas in Lagos is a plus.
