Job Title: Customer Experience Representative
Description
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Feedback Management: Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by showing empathy, understanding, and professionalism.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance.
- Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, such as personalized recommendations or follow-ups.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues or share valuable customer insights.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM or database.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
- Process Adherence: Follow company procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and adapt to changing customer needs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 10 years work experience.
