Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Job Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
- Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
- Must have at least 5 years experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
- Must have an experience in massive recruitment
- Must have experience handling large number of employees
- Must be well versed in Nigerian Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
- Must have an experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
- Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.
