Job Title: Operations Officer
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with property management, sales, and maintenance teams to improve efficiency.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and analyze operational costs.
- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations across departments.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and workflow improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement risk management measures.
Requirements
- BSc/HND Degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience in an operations role, ideally within real estate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with real estate software is an added advantage.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
