Job Description

• Manage daily operations across multiple poultry units.
• Supervise unit supervisors to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and biosecurity.
• Provide performance feedback to direct reports.

KPIs

• Timely completion of tasks in assigned units.
• Reduction in operational downtimes.
• Compliance with poultry protocols.

Profile

• HND or Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in poultry farming.
• Strong problem-solving and team management skills.
• Specific Skills: Team coordination, quality assurance, and operational troubleshooting.
• Reports: Daily unit activity reports, equipment maintenance logs, and monthly supervisor reviews.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
