Job Title: Digital Channel Officer

Job Description

Manage the pharmacy’s online presence across social media and e-commerce platforms.
Create engaging content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor online sales channels and provide customer support.

Qualifications

BSc/HND in Marketing, IT, or related disciplines.
Certificate in Digital Marketing Training
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce with portfolio

Skill Set:

Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and basic graphic design.
Strong analytical skills for monitoring digital campaigns.
