Job Title: Telesales / Marketing Personnel
Role Overview
- As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Present and promote products/services clearly and effectively.
- Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
