Job Title: Building / Civil Engineer

Job Summary

• Design, develop, and supervise the construction of infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Civil Engineers play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the built environment, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Design and develop infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, buildings, and water treatment systems.
• Project Planning: Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Site Supervision: Supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, depending on the role and industry.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, and other engineering tools.
• Age range: 22-30
• BSc Civil, Structural or Building Engineering
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification, depending on the country or region.

Working Conditions:

• Work Environment: Typically works in an office or on construction sites, with frequent travel to project locations.
• Physical Demands: May require standing, walking,

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
