Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Job Summary

  • Our client, a digital product firm, seeksa highly skilled Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager to develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies, manage their social media presence, and drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Optimize and improve website user experience through SEO, user experience (UX) design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform changes.
  • Manage and allocate a budget for digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, focusing on social media management.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Marketo.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
