Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

  • The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for handling cake and pastry orders in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • This role involves providing ordering assistance, managing customer inquiries, facilitating experience recovery, and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing product information and assisting with order placement.
  • Order Management: Process orders accordingly and ensure accurate packaging and timely delivery or pick-up.
  • Customer Follow-up: Perform after-purchase follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address concerns to maintain customer loyalty.
  • Coordination with Kitchen Team: Communicate order details to the kitchen to meet customer deadlines and ensure quality.
  • Product Updates: Inform customers about new products, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
  • Production Scheduling: Assist in coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a customer database with accurate order and contact information.

Additional Duties:

  • The company may amend this job description or assign additional duties as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in food or hospitality.
  • Basic knowledge of cakes, pastries, and related products is a plus.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly.
