Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions such as personnel management, staff recruitment, training, payroll administration, and welfare management.

Key Responsibilities

• Personnel Management & Supervision: Oversee and manage employee performance, handle workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Staff Recruitment: Handle the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and supporting the hiring process.
• Staff Orientation & Training: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and provide ongoing training to enhance employee skills and productivity.
• Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including the management of benefits, deductions, and compliance with policies.
• Welfare Management: Develop and implement staff welfare programs to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR/Administration role, preferably within the Media industry.
• CIPM certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
