Job Title: HR Analyst

Description 

• We’re seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team! As a key member of our HR department, you’ll be responsible for co-managing our HR outsourcing services, ensuring compliance, providing exceptional support to our employees, and driving performance management and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in outsourcing, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with HR systems and software (e.g., SeamlessHR, NotchHR, Bento)
• Experience with performance management and training programs

Nice to Have:

• Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM, PHR)
• Experience in the material handling equipment industry
• Knowledge of outsourcing management best practices
