Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Job Summary
- We are looking for energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to focus on lead generation and pipeline development.
- The ideal candidate will identify, qualify, and engage prospects to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (outreach, campaigns, social media, etc.).
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, emails, and personalized messaging.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed lead generation and activity targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify prospects’ pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
