Job Title: Assistant Manager, Legal

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B), BL (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Nigerian Law especially tax laws.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and management skills.
- Expertise in risk assessment tools, methodologies, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Professional Skills:
- Certified Trial Advocate (CTA)
- Certified Mediator (CM)
- Certified Arbitrator (CA)
- Others
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of and vetting proposed laws and legislations
- May take charge of an out-station Chamber
- Filing documents for prosecution of cases on behalf of the Service in all criminal proceedings
- Supervising a number of officers;
- Appearing for the Service in Courts
- Assisting in collecting and analyzing data
