Job Title: Customer Service Trainee
Key Responsibilities
Training and Skill Development:
- Participate in training programs to learn company policies, products, services, and customer service techniques.
- Develop knowledge of customer support systems and tools, such as CRM software or help desks.
Customer Interaction:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Assist with basic customer questions and provide accurate information about products or services.
Problem-Solving:
- Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors.
- Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
Record-Keeping:
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately.
- Maintain records of inquiries and resolutions for future reference.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Learning Company Standards:
- Understand and follow company policies, standards, and protocols in customer interactions.
- Learn to maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer needs.
Performance Evaluation:
- Accept feedback from supervisors and trainers to improve skills.
- Track progress in learning and development programs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; interest in customer service is essential.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to undergo training and mentorship.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
