Job Title: Marketing Sales Supervisor
Job Summary
- The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a sales team in “LAGOS ISLAND”.
- This individual will play a key role in meeting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction .
- The Sales Supervisor will also provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives, helping them improve their performance and achieve personal and team goals.
- Additionally, they will be responsible for organizing a team to expand sales operations in rural and hard-to-reach areas as well as some open markets if needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Organize and manage a sales team dedicated to expanding operations in rural and hard-to-reach areas.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to sales representatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential markets, and actively participate in business development initiatives.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND in relevant fields with 2 – 7 years work experience within relivant fields.
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid drivers license is a pre-requisite.
Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 per month.
