Job Summary

• We seek an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our operations team in managing our organization’s day-to-day activities.
• The successful candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising operations to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to achieve business objectives
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations, including logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control
• Analyze operational data and reports to identify areas for improvement
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Manage and supervise a team of operations staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 4-6years of experience in operations management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of operational management principles, practices, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management software
