Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

• As our Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within our business to ensure that equipment, facilities, and systems are in optimal working condition.
• The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance programs for all equipment and infrastructure across multiple outlets, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency.
• The Maintenance Manager will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to cost-effective maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a preventive and corrective maintenance program to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance team and ensure they are adequately trained, motivated, and equipped to handle maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with various teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities and ensure timely resumption of operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
• Work with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within a QSR or similar fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the food service industry is an advantage.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 per month.
