Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary
- As a Sales Representative at HTSF Global Nigeria Limited, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting HTSF Global’s products and services.
- You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with customers, and ensuring they have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and close sales will be crucial in helping us meet our sales targets and expand our customer base. The Ideal candidate should reside in Ajah, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow the market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with farmers, agribusiness owners, distributors and key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and ongoing purchases.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer needs, offering tailored solutions and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist with order processing and ensuring timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Education: OND, HND,or any related qualifications.
- Experience: Entry Level with Proven experience as a Sales Representative in Agribusiness or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customers’ needs and present compelling solutions. work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
