Job Title: Front Desk / Customer Service Executive
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
- They may also provide product information, handle returns, and maintain customer records.
- Customer service representatives should be able to respond to customer questions in a timely and efficient manner, and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND or BSc qualification with 2 – 10 years work experience.
